Site Maintenance

At iClean we care, a lot! We will work hard to make sure you have a clean and safe working environment for your staff and for your customers. Our goal is to ensure the same high level of quality is matched at each and every service, and satisfaction is always guaranteed. All of our staff is expertly trained and never left alone until they have proved that same level of quality service. We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment and will come ready and happy to provide you a good cleaning experience. Because safety is paramount we always disinfect all high touch surfaces using only EPA certified cleaning products and techniques and follow all CDC guidelines and protocols. All of our staff maintains social distancing guidelines and wears appropriate PPE.

Initial Cleaning

This is required and is done the first day we begin providing you service. It is required to ensure the area is prepared for the proceeding maintenance cleaning. This sets the standard for upcoming cleans and will be maintained to this level of clean, It is a crucial step. This will also be done annually or as requested.

Maintenance Cleaning

Daily, weekly, or monthly housekeeping service. This is our standard maintenance cleaning where we clean on a rotation schedule that is chosen, you pick the day and time and we show up! Included in this basic service is:

1. Santization protocol of all high touch point surfaces.
2. Surface dust
3. Bathroom cleaning
4. Vacuum
5. Empty and remove all trash and recycling
6. Replenish supplies
7. Kitchenette wipe down and dishes
8. Entry door glass cleaning
9. Clear entry-ways, sidewalks, or walkways of debris.

Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing

Interior and exterior window cleaning, screens and window tracks. We use care when performing this service to keep your floors and exposed areas free of standing water. Pressure washing of walkways, paths, storage rooms, and concrete floors, and single levels structures. Please inquire if you need something pressure washed not included on this list.

Contagion Exposure Service SARS-CoV-2 COVID 19 / Influenza Virus/ Other VIRUS

Highly charged electrostatic fogging done in the contaminated area with the power of Vital Oxide. This is a commercial grade disinfectant cleaner that is safe on all surfaces and rated lowest EPA Toxicity, no gloves or protection needed, no
ocular irritation, no dermal irritation, no acute inhalation. It is a NSF, no rinse required for food contact surfaces, and Carpet and Rug Institute pre-spray and pet stain and odor.

Steam Cleaning

Powerful 316 F super heated steam. Adjustable temp control, and 72.5 Psi.

A simple pass with superheated dry steam over furniture, floors, carpets, countertops, mattresses, toilets will kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. This is one mean multitasker and I mean it gets the job done right with no need to spend a lot of time. This is a great option for a small working area, where large sq ft does not need to be covered. This is a great tool for cleaning offices, smaller work areas, floors and upholstery.

Commercial Air Freshening

Eliminate unpleasant odors with our commercial deodorizers and air fresheners! We will provide and maintain this lovely add-on service and always make the best attempt to use non-toxic, allergen free options.

Stand-alone carpet cleaning is in the works. This machine allows for easy use in large buildings with multiple levels where a truck mount machine can’t reach.

In the mean time we’ll connect you with one of our vetted partner subcontractors for carpet cleaning and we’ll arrange everything. This is a separate charge paid directly to the vendor.
